The hotel had a comfortable bed and a nice and clean pool with thermal water. The location of the hotel was great, with multiple facilities nearby. One advantage that I enjoyed was the tasty food provided by the hotel.
The cleaning service was lacking during our weekend stay. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and there was a wet stain on the carpet upon arrival.

Great food and spa facilities. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a business trip. Convenient location near the town center and tourist attractions. Staff was helpful and accommodating.
The overall hotel experience was very average. The room service and housekeeping staff gave inconsistent service and didn't seem to care about guests' needs. The hotel ambiance was a bit dreary and lacked warmth. The quality of amenities could be improved for the price.
